Whilst the term ‘agency’ is common in our industry, we label ourselves a consultancy, because other than providing you with the right doctors, we have the expertise in order to come in and advise you on your own recruitment processes and put together strategies that will help you attract more doctors without us. Our end goal is to leave you in a position whereby you won’t even need to use our services when a vacancy arises, and that the methods we have helped you put into place will allow you to recruit doctors and other medical professionals yourself.

We understand that hospitals can sometimes be reluctant to work with agencies due to poor experiences in the past where a hospital has employed a substantive doctor via this route, and the doctor has signed an offer letter and either not ended up starting, or taken 6 months to start their post. Further to this, we often hear that doctors do start their position, however end up leaving after a few months.
