I have been working with Fidelitas for a little over a year now, and in that time they have assisted me in recruiting 10 substantive Middle Grade doctors. 8 of these doctors have had either their MRCEM, FRCEM or UK experience and all bar one who went onto a deanery post, are still working within the department.
